Hey guy's does anybody know deal with error code 34-08 on Konica biz hub C500

Bizhub Pro C500 Code : F34-08 Fixing roller paper seizure

abnormality:

J31-02 occurred 4 continuous
times.

Jam:

J31-02 After the registration roller motor (M30) is turned ON, fixing paper exit sensor
(PS17) is not turned ON.

Check: Paper size setting or fixing exit sensor is broken after jam (PS17).
