Hello can anybody help I have completly replaced paper transport section put in new imaging units and transfer belt error code still shows what else can i try?

This is not an image unit related error.
It is specific to the second transfer pressure/retraction. It is either that the motor (M12) is not turning, or the sensor (PC23) is not working or there is a problem with the PWB-IO board. Verify connections.
