    PS Driver prints tiny inverted image in upper left corner

    Bizhub C652 prints a test page OK, prints a small inverted image in upper left corner of document, file prints fine on our shop machine, can anyone help.

    Had a 550 doing something similar, set the driver up as "print as image" and no complaints...this was a print shop and the file was a customers job from publisher for wedding invitations.

      I had this issue 2-3 times in the past 2 years. It was always a PDF and the "Auto-Rotate and Center" option in the adobe print dialogue box is what always fixed it. Try that out.

        Install and use the PCL driver for files that do this, as well as other unexpected results...wrong shade of colour, incorrect font, graphic or image anomalies....

        Both drivers are provided specifically to deal with strange issues like this. Print as image works too.
