[Error Code] Bizhub c451 errorcode C2204 (Waste toner)

Hello people, I have a problem with a bizhub C451.

Error code c2204 Waste tonner.
I already have the old replaced by a new and the error occurs is still there. The drain of the old has also brought nothing.
I have also checked the Wastemotor and the Sensors, so far ok and turns.

Can someone help me with this problem?

I have tested the ICP8 and ICP8 has passage.

Can I check on the so-passage or do I need to test the voltage?

Hi

I have had a similar issue last week, our resolve after changing the wast toner assy was to remove and clean the idle gears that drive the waste toner bottle and to remove the cover that sits over the waste bottle sensor.

In our case we were also getting a noise, and on inspection the gears seamed to be shuddering. Was there a new waste toner bottle fitted recently?, it is possible there is too much pressure on the gears.

Its worth a try.

I had this problem on Friday Just gone,
its the sensor on the front door not seeing the actuator inside the waste toner bottle
(there's 2 windows on the wt bottle its the top one, when you turn the gear on the wt bottle you can see a black piece of mylar moving)
I took the sensors off the door and cleaned with compressed air.

the new waster tonner resolve the problem.

replace the Waster tonner.
