IP-423 on KCA7022 will allow me to logon to web admin and print test/status pages and modify parms. It allows me to reset and restart. However, when I try to print to it using a normal Win app like Notepad, the job hangs in the print queue and abends. Anyone see anything like this before? I've tried the IP423 XP drivers and the IP422 XP drivers (PCL both).

NM, looks like I somehow fixed the problem. I set the protocol format to LPR instead of RAW and managed to get it going. Only thing is on the Print Test Page properties, it shows the format as RAW. ??? Still printed my samples anyway. Hmm, weird.
Sorry, K Jr., didn't see your post until too late. I really should know better too because I setup this thing a year ago properly and just forgot about the LPR. Must be getting senile!Comment

Don't worry about the test page.
When you had the protocol format on RAW, you should use port 10001. When using LPR, usually it prints with the value "Port1" (without quotes).' "But the salesman said . . ." The salesman's an asshole!'
