[Electrical] FS-618 finisher for Konica Minolta C550--- rear stapler doesn't staple

Hi. On this FS-618 finisher when I select 2 point stapling, no problem. When I select single point stapling, rear stapler, I see two holes but no staple. I already switched clincher units and used jig for alignment. I checked all harnesses. Please help. Thank you. You can reply to Gregoryt4@gmail.com

If you can see holes, it is hammering. check the staples themselves. sometimes a broken stack can cause a misfeed of staples into the clincher.
