    Hi all
    when the c252 machine is on,the display will give sand time and goes off completely.i rewrite the firmware of mfp,printer and scanner.download was completed and in mfp it showed download completed with checksum.i have interchanged the control panel but still problem exists.please advise

      Sounds like a bad NVRAM. You'll have to open a ticket with KM and they'll send ya out one.
      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

          NVRAM recovery tool might help...kinda a last ditch effort before doing an exchange.
