C200 not possible to delete one-touch

I had a call from a customer that claims that when they try to delete or edit a registerd one-touch destination they get a "Cannot change the registered info" message.
    Have anyone seen this?

Some machines have the ability to lock out users (that is, public users not logged in as the Administrator) from changing the one-touch info. On a lot of the machines, it is a security setting that you can manipulate.

I would recommend having the customer log in as the administrator of the machine, and then attempting to change the one-touch info. The C200 is a little wacky... Let us know!

If the user had a scan job in memory you must delete the jobs before you can delete the user
