How do you reset " Key Operator " password on Konica Minolta Biz Hub Model 7222 ?

How in the world do you reset password for key operator on biz hub 7222 ?

Bought two units off of craigs list and need these funtions available ? Please help !!!

I believe that you can turn the machines off from the main power switch and then holding down the Help key, turn the machines back on.

This should get you straight into the Key Operator Mode.

Does doing this give me an option to " reset the password" ?
everyone i've talked with says that key operator password is a password that is set up from day one when you turn the printer one etc.. Some sorta password that is set up when the machine was new and servicer/ technician set up ? we have no idea what that would be as we bought these second hand a year ago .. no way to tell what the password is or was . dont wanna screw up our network or anything of that nature if you cant reset the password by doing this . let me know thanks !!

They Key Op password is all 0's by default but I believe if you print a management list you can see it there.
