Here we go again. I keep getting this error sc29-07. Service field says "process abnormality. I went into 3-6 mode, did a auto gamma adjustment (1/8) & on step 1 it cycled & then it shut dawn with the same "call for service sc29-07". Can anybody help me put?. I need to get a book out asap. THANKS TO ALL REPLIES IN ADVANCE.

sc29-07 refers to the yellow developing Dmax abnormality. Check to see if there is something wrong w/the yellow dv unit or try replacing the yellow developer and run a L-detect adjustment for the yellow develper. -
I would also try running test pattern 0 and just do 255 density of yellow. If its grainy and feels like sand paper replace the (y) dev..Comment
