[Misc] Bizhub C252 PWB M compatibility

Can anyone tell me if PWB M in a C250 would work in a C252. i have a touch screen issue that has had the panel replaced and only worked for a day, and now does not respond to anything. Tried calibrating cant get tech rep to work obviously. The panel does work on another machine so i was thinking PWB M if not then MFP. i would appreciate any thoughts

    thanks in advance

According the the parts manuals, the numbers are different, so I would say no.

But....and this is a long shot, they might be compatible. The first 4 numbers of the part number, 4038, usually denote a specific machine family. The second set of 4 denotes the specific part in that family and the last two denote the version. In this case, the part number for the C252 is 4038 H001 01, and the part number for the C250 is 4038 0101 05. Do not quote me, as I do not have access to an inventory database to indicate if the older C250 has been superceded to the newer C252. Contact your nearest KM Parts department for clarification.

In my oppinion this is not a problem with PWB-M or PWB-MFP, I'll bet blown ICP on PWB-C (Image processing board - under the scanner) near the connector of flat cable leading to the control panel.

Look for small black element 2x3mm (in surroundings you should be able to find description: ICP1), and as I remember it should have value 1.8A
