Someone has seen this error: C-4860 in the Bizhub Pro C5501/C6501/C65hc.

Curious Case ... not exist !!!???

Try updating firmware to Ver 60. There is a bulletin for this problem when the pixel ratio value on list print is corrupted. This code should clear by turning OFF/ON. Also while the code is showing the pixel ratio can be cleared by performing I/O check mode 90-04.

Firmware version GMO-60 enhancements.
Solution:

The following issues have been addressed in version GMO-60 firmware.
1. The CSRC setting can be saved to the USB memory and restored from the USB memory.
2. DIPSW 19-4 function has been moved from Service mode to User mode.
[Utility] → [02 User Setting] → [03 Common Setting] → [Next] → [Detect Double Feed JAM] → [Off/On]
Note: DIPSW 19-4: Double feed detection sensor of PFU can be turned ON/OFF.
3. When the pixel ratio value on list print is corrupted, code C-4860 may occur. This code can be cleared by powering the machine OFF/ON. The pixel ratio counter may be cleared by performing I/O check mode 90-04. This can only be done while the C-4860 malfunction code is showing.
4. DIPSW 23-6 function has been moved from Service mode to User mode.
[Utility] → [02 User Setting] → [03 Common Setting] → [Next] → [Backside Stapler Angle] → [Oblique/Horizontal]
Notes:
a. DIPSW 23-6: Change of staple angle on FS-521 - staple angle can be selected from 45 degrees and horizontal.
b. In the case of the FS-503 being used on the MFP, firmware v28-GM0 must installed on the FS-503 in order for this function to work.
