please help me, how to perfect clean laser in bizhub c550.
(how to open and clean)

There is a cleaning wand located in the 1st paper drawer under a little flap towards the fron of the tray. It has a stamped "up" on one side. If you remove the wast toner box you will see 4 slits, one under each I/U. Insert wand into slit and run back an forth a few times. If you have developer that has spilled onto the slit glasses, remove the left side plastic cover, under that, remove the large metal cover (about 10 screws), remove the one screw that keeps the laser unit from moving, disconnect 2 harnesses and pull laser unit out from left side. If you want to open the laser unit, you're on your own. Emujo
