Need some urgent help

i have a Minolta Copier DI-650

but it shows an error code : SC021-1

I don't know how to reset the machine,
there was a piece of paper jammed some where near the clutch. I removed it but the SC021-1 code remains.

Do you mean sc21-01? If so pull out the drum cart and check your charge unit. And then try a touble reset

Charge cleaning motor, maybe the charge unit is unplugged or the post on the cleaner pads broke causing the motor to bind; or the printer control board.
