    Konica-Minolta 450/420

    i have problem in this machine he is giving me messege "Replace Heater Assembly".
    and machine is not enter the programm. so tht's why please help me about this trouble.

    It is either an error in the fuser which can be reset using the trouble reset procedure. Or the fuser has reached end of life and needs to be replaced.
    And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

      Try holding in the utility key while switching on the machine , if it gives you a trouble reset option then press st00st01 , sometimes you can enter service mode that way , else you have to replace the fuser.

        When the web counter reaches it's limit you get the "Replace Fixing Unit " Message. Replace the WEB and reset the Fixing Counter.
        Online Store is closed. Chip resetting is a thing of the past! Thank you to all my past customers.

          You must change the fusing unit or you can replace the fuse that comes into the unit is a 62ma fuse, sorry for my bad english.

              1. Enter Service Mode.
              2. Select [System 1].
              3. Select [Initialization].
              4. Select [Counter Data].
              5. Select [Fixing Counter].
              6. Press the Start button.
              7. Exit the Service Mode.
