Hi.

If anyone can help me, i would appreciate it. The copier Minolta di3010f wont scan to email anymore. No changes have been made, regarding the IP or smtp adresses. I have ping it from a computer and its fine. Do you have any idea what that could be?

EAx212 smtp authentication request ... did u off this funtion or you have reset memory b4 this error code ?

Hi. Thanks for your reply.Thanks for the informations. How do i turn this fonction on, if my customer turn it off, is it in the administration 2 ? If my customer reset the memory, what can i do to fix the problem?
