[Misc] How do I disable CS Remote Care on BH 350?

Hi Guys,

I need to disable CS Remote Care on a used BH 350 we have just got back from lease.
Machine reads "Turn On The Modem Unit" on the screen.

I have been through service mode but I can't find how to turn it off.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Not sure if you worked it out but if not Go into service mode touch cs remote care, touch modem, touch id code, enter 1234567, touch id again, do ram clear/reset, this will erase the configuration of the previous entry and clear the message you are getting

That worked for me with a Konica Minolta Bizhub C364. Not exactly the same stepts but the same idea.
