    c 6500 switching it self on and off intermitent any ideas the power light stays on the screen but the display goes out.

      Does it turn off right after a print job? If so, check your power saving settings - I had a similar problem, and it was just that.

          Power Save settings or you can check the connections for the Operation Panel, re-seat them and see what happens.
