C253 - Service Mode Password

Hi all,

Have a C253 producing Lines on copies turns out its MFP board and needs to go back to KM. To send it back howerver we need to print off all managment list we have A4 in tray one landscape and the light stays orange and does not let me print them off. So i thought i would try and go into servie via holding Utility key on boot, but it wont let me into service as its asking for a password and the usual 00000000 or 12345678 does not work. Firmware is on R6.

Clevland tech...are you aware of the importance of the password you just gave to anyone who wants it legally or otherwise? I think Jonze can be trusted as he has quite a few posts but why would you not give this info through a PM. Maybe I should ask for the secret password or code that allows your model of vehicle to be opened, or the universal remote that will open your garage door. I personally wont do anything with it, but who knows who is looking at this site. Think about it. Emujo

i thought I was helping, I am new to this blog thing, I will look at the pm feature a little more closely and be a little more deserning with the info I give out.
