We have a customer who has a Konica 7115 copier with a bad drum unit . How do you remove the drum unit, and is there a reset that has to be done after replacement. Thanks for replys.

If you're a tech and if you've ever replaced the drum on a 7216, 7220, bh162, bh210 or even if I'm not mistaken on a bh163, then the 7115/f are the exact same thing.

If not, then I can tell you that to remove the drum unit you need to open the front and right doors, and on the front remove two screws that hold the drum unit in place. Pull it out and there you have it.

I wouldn't go further without a manual, though. Good luck!
