bizhub c250 with a C11C3 code

having a problem with a c250 it is throwing a c11c3 code and this is on a FS 603 finisher and it throws out a code and will not reset. I have taken the finisher apart and didn't see anything. it does have a punch kit on it. and the punch kit is having a problem
it is a finishing option punch side registration motor malfunction. anyone have a fix on this? thanks
