    Bizhub 600/750

    DV paddle auger/mixer drive gear keeps breaking off on the DV unit. Turns normal by hand. Why does this keep happening ? 2 different DV units.

      They beefed up the gears on the 600, I have never broke one. Are these 2 units on the same machine?

          are they brand new oem dv units? the older ones were known to strip on the older model bizhubs.

              Yes they are but both dv units with high mileage. Put in an oem dv unit & fresh dev. material. Friday is the test to see if Mach is the cause which I don't think so. Only the big gear gets the drive from Mach. That's fine.

                  Very old. High mileage but OEM. Just put in a brand new out of the box OEM w/new OEM DV. We'll see what happens this Friday.
