dialta di350f drum replace message

I have a Dialta di350f which has now a message stating replace drum, can anyone advise on reset please

also tried many times to reset language (french) to english but cant acess menu in tech mode?

The language will be under "utility" "user choice", on the first page, bottom or second from bottom, you will see "Francois" or something. You can turn off the drum message in tech mode. The drum message will not shut the machine off, as long as you do not reset the counters to "0".
