Bizhub C351 - Email List Sortable?

Is there a way to make the email address listings sortable alphabetically, instead of the order in which they were entered?

I don't think so. Myabe if you use pagescope data admin... But.. Idk.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

RRodgers is right in saying that you can do this via Dta Administrator.

I have replied to a thread about this already with some screen shots as well. Have a hunt around for that and you should be able to do the rest from there.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

export the address book, open with excel, make your changes, save and re-import. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

That's exactly what I did... took me a couple of minutes to figure out how to get them to take the same number range instead of starting after the original range... when I figured that out, it was a definite "Well, DUH!" moment.
