    Bizhub c350 malfunction code c-12cc

    My Bizhub C350 indicated 'HDD cannot be accessed - contact your administrator'. I did a 'Physical format' of the HDD and I now see the HDD on the display; but I also see Malfunction Code C-12CC for the first time. What does the code mean, and can you help me with next steps (reset, reformat, call tech, etc). Thx much - Mike (a non-tech)

      I believe that you need the firmware or the movie data reloaded.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          I don't have the software or the knowledge to do this, so I guess I'll look for a local tech to come to my machine. Thank you for the info Mr. Spock. Mike

              Ya do the physical then the logical format. I do not believe there is any "movie" data on this box unlike the newer one's.
              Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
