hello !
I've encountered many times a bothering problem at bizhub 210, 211 , which is torn seal at the rear end over magnetic roller. I met this kind of trouble even at machines with 10000 copies on bord. This broken seal scratches the drum, and the client need to change drum, blade, and developing unit, for. in most cases the seal can't be glued back. Does anyone what is causing the problem and how can be prevented. Thank you. Flo

The 210 is similar to the 250 which has issues with the collars on the dv box going bad. There is a long thread on this forum called "Bizhub 250/350 eatting drums.
