Hi cucuklotz, we have a bunch of these out their and they run great, had to do some laser updates early on but have not had any major issues with this model.

excellent entry level model...just don't expect it to do press quality prints and they will be happy. Max paper weight is about 67lb bond. As long as the user stays within that constraint and knows how to configure the machine and driver to match paper types, they should like the performance overall.

Good product. But be careful if using thick paper, paper jam often and result is not guaranteed. But for office using, it's great product.
