    hi i am facing problem with the error code c0206/c0208 which indicates tray 3/4 lift up error i checked the take up maotor m22 as it works fine.i checked the icps and also changed the board for the paper transport driving board.any ideas.

      Check behind the trays for any paper bunched up there interfering with the lift mechanisms.

          i sorted that issue both the tray lifting motors are not working i changed the M23 with other one and it got working
