BizHub 600 - can not log in as administrator

    BizHub 600 - can not log in as administrator

    Hi @all,
    a customer has a KM bizhub 600 machine. On the display on the left side i see the counter of the machine and i can click on "details" and "end". On the right bottom side there is a "OK" button. What i miss is the "Administrator"-Button. I think the service personal blanked it out when they set up the machine some years ago.
    Anybody an idea what to do to get into the admin-menu?

      cycle the power, the machine thinks it has residual file in memory....

      btw, there is no way to block out the admin access...
