I am service technician and I have a problem. The bizhub in my main office has a scanner... when I scan multiple pages to email or smb... it outputs them as multiple pdfs instead of one large pdf file... how can I change this setting so it outputs one multiple page pdf instead of multiple single page pdfs...

It's in the "File Type" button on the "Scan Settings" tab in the scan menu. -

They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
