    Connection problems on scan to email on c450 Bizhub

    We have a KM bizhub c450 in our busy real estate office.

    The problem is that we can no longer scan to email. Just get a continuous error "Deleted Due to Error", "Server Cannot Connect".

    Does anyone have an idea what could cause this? It has worked for several years, but suddenly cannot connect anymore.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Yeah this message you get when the IP or host name of the server has change. Check your outlook settings for the correct host name then ping it to get the ip address.

      Thank you for your response. I know this is a stupid question, but I am very new at this stuff. I pinged the outgoing mail server, but where do I enter the new ip address??

        On the copier interface log in as administrator pw "12345678" Go to the network tab then email -- smtp -- then just change the mail address and log out. If authentication is enable make sure to add the new user name and password.
