KM Bizhub C350 will not accept new email addresses

Email addresses refused by this infuriating piece of S*%#.

Anybody kow how to permanently input an email address?

I think Snoopy designed the software and interface on this one.

Chances are that you have a bad NVRAM chip on your copier.

The email one touch addresses are stored on this chip rather than the HDD and if the chip becomes corrupt, then you have no hope of getting this to work without replacing the NVRAM.

If you go down the path of replacing the NVRAM, then you will need a qualified Konica Minolta Tech to replace it for you as Konica Minolta won't just hand out NVRAM chips to anyone. It takes us long enough to get one our selves even though we are Konica Minolta certified.
