one of my costomer new machine biz hub 164 is showing " please wait" only .machine not getting ready .what it may be sir

is the machine cycling or running while saying please wait? Maybe trying to add toner. check the toner bottle.

Had this on similar small machines turn it on and it says please wait because the scanner cannot calibrate. If the exposure lamp is on it is most probably the CCD unit if the Exposure lamp is not on then most prob the exposure lamp

There is a minolta bulliton about it
