C250 Part#

Hi all, i have searched the parts manuals and forums to no avail.

I am looking for the white plastic hook that stops the right side door from dropping and damaging the bypass tray. This is the hook you unclip to lower the door in order to change the transfer belt.

Any help would be great as i cant see it any where in the parts manual.

Needless to say the customer didnt notice and the bypass is bent out of shape, going to have fun getting the wire back from the innards of the machine.

AD-503 Accessories parts manual for the C250. Part number is 4066-3765-02 (hook). Hope this helps you.
Also If you take off the duplexer you should be able to find the cable that attaches to the hook. Then it goes thru the door and hooks to the frame of the machine.

I had to replace the hook once myself so I knew exactlly where to look for it. Glad I could help you out.
