[Misc] Colorforce 8050 print's without cyan color

Recently moved my Colorforce 8050 to new office but, when turn on a printer is ok in touchscreen panel. I make a copy and as result is a perfect copy. My problem is when i press a PRINT key in panel, in the screen show a Controller info, after i press a MENU/ESC, select PRINT PAGES, select PS TEST PAGE and the printer send a PS CHART with color black, yellow & magenta perfect's, only cyan color is not fill in the chart.

The Fiery is internal and print by parallel port, before to movement to new office a Colorforce work perfect as print.

    What happened?

    Thank's

Check the cable connector to the fiery controller. It is possible a contact may be damaged. In some cases, a reversal of the cable may cause this. Be sure to power down both units before removing that cable.
