    Bizhub350 Rebooting

Occasionally when copying or faxing, haven't seen it with print yet, machine will abort and reboot. Display gives:
    Code-0000999A
    Task name-tLPD-0
    Tsk id-0FFFFFFF0
    Any ideas would be appreciated.

No. It's an inherited customer and they recently installed a new server. I forgot to mention that I stood in front of the machine and tested it with and without network plug in. It never rebooted with the plug out. I'm predominantly Canon so I will have to get a Konica guy to help me.

If it's only happening when it has been plugged into the network as you said, I would check the driver that it's printing with and make sure that it is the correct one. Firmware on those machines is extremely simple if you need some help. All you need is a computer and a Compact Flash card reader.

          I say flash it.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

I'll get a flash card reader and give it a go. Firmware from the Minolta site?

is this machine forwarding to faxes to an email or smb by chance? if so, try setting it up to forward to FTP if I remember correctly there was an issue with forwarding to smb on that model. if you are not fax forwarding you should replaces the MFBS board. hope that helps

I 'believe' firmware is only available for KM techs but I could help you out with that when you get to that point.

I think Clevelands right. I had one doin this last week. I found a one touch setup to forward scans to a ip address that no longer exists on the network.
