    Di 2510 printing problem

    i have one di2510 ,when use printing intermintent show jam at panel ( but no paper Jam inside ) any idea ? thanks advanced

      Shows jam where??? More info will help resolve your problem. They can have false jams out of #1 tray because of a clutch.

              Chances are that the paper isn't leaving the cassette or bypass try (which ever you are printing from).

              Try printing from another cassette and see if you still get a jam.
              Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

                  It would be the small white one way gears on the side of the feed and pick up rollers. If not it would be the main drive clutch behind the #1 feed assembly.
