C250 problem after sitting

I have recieved a C250 that after it sits for about a hour the code C-D363 comes up. I have a manual on order but it hasn't come in yet. The sales dept. says it could be delivered on monday (thanks). If anyone can help with this code it would help alot. Thanks

touch the * and screen will be moved to restoration mode, once down switch off & on the machine
