I have a problem ..
I want to print a custom size (205-388) and do the finishing gate fold ...
...but the paper comes out right without folding gate ..
...everithing is well configured in CREO and machine without any conflicts
...the size and the weight are well for de specifications of the FS

...any ideia, please ....

what model of finisher are you using?

How about firmware ?
The FS-607 supports folding only 8.5x11S or A4S size paper with a weight between 64 gsm to 105 gsm.

the problem is solved ....
the minimum size allowed is 210 .....
