    Bizhub C350 double magenta image

    Hello.
I have a bizhub C350 and it prints like in the attached images. First off all I don't have a service manual for it. If someone can help me with one...
I've cleaned the leds, but the problem still persists.
Can I test the Imaging units by switching places between them?

I could bet some money on your problem being the Magenta IU. You can't swap the different IUs between them, but you can swap two IUs of the same colour between two machines without any problem.

I also concur with the IU as being the culprit.

It might also be something as simple as the erase lamp being dirty for that IU.

Remove the IU from the machine, you will see the LED array (long dark glass) on the right and the erase lamp on the left of that. It is possible that erase lamp has some dirt on the surface....

On the door, should be a long metal wand...on one end a pad...you can run that along the lamp, and for that matter, the LED array, to clean them.

If that does not resolve, replace the IU.
