    Konica Minolta CF2002 not working

Side door open message. Door is closed and customer has a chair leaning on door to make sure door is closed. Still has message and will not work.

Simple things first: Did you check for the switch/sensor that detects the door open/close operation?

There are also two clips that break quite commonly.

Check the latch for the side door and make sure that both ends are indeed in a good condition. Sometimes they will crack and not break which also can give a similar problem.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

As Owl has suggested check the hooks that hold the door closed. They are common to break.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
