help bizhub 601 problem

I wonder if anybody can help me with a bizhub 601
I 've clean the drum and the charging unit and after that
the machine start reducing the copies (only the width not the height)
can anybody help?

Take the Developing unit out and put some tonner in it. Then try to take 5 white copies.

As per your quote i think the reducing print happens only after you cleaning? then better to try this first.
