    Bizhub BW350, scan/fax report

    Anybody know if there is a setting to activate ONLY the TX report for faxing? TX-Report for scanning is unwanted however by the customer.

      There is a Software Switch I believe that will change this for.

      I don't have a service manual on me, but I also believe that the details of this may have been posted here already.
      Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

          Yes it is a soft switch setting.

          In the service mode select the soft switch 368.
          Set the Bit 1 to 0 for no TX print for every scan. To print TX for every scan, set the bit 1 to 1.
          For more detail refer to page 114 of the FK503 Service Manual
          And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
