Vertical lnes / marks on image-11X17 stock only - BIZ HUB C500
I replaced my drums and developer two months ago, I did not use this machine for about two weeks, now my print out yesterday shows across the 11x17 paper a streaked vertical lines of magenta across my image area.
The 8.5x11 print do not have the line although the image is not sharp either.
Can someone tell me what to do?
