Bizhub C350 Staple Replacement

Reloading staple cartridge for the first time. Have replacement staples for part number 4623-371 (3/4"); notice the staples in the C350 are longer with a different cardboard holder. Did some shopping and notice the machine was loaded with part number 4623-361 (longer staples). Both part numbers are listed for the C350.

QUESTION - are they interchangeable? Can you use the shorter staple in the same cartridge mechanism that holds the larger staple?

Only load your machine with the correct staples and correct holder. Do not try to fit the wrong ones, if the holder is different to the one you took out then that is the wrong staples! Different staples fit different finishers so it depend what you have got!

The C350 had 2 different finishers, which use different staplers. Make sure you have the correct staples for your model finisher before trying to replace them.
