KM BH C220 lines through copy on new setup

Setup BH C220 for customer. installed all according the setup instructions. Performed the stabilization. Prints internally great, i.e. test pattern, but copies have lines going up and down throughout the page after stabilization. Lines are cyan or magenta depending on the whims of the box. They are equally spaced only on copies. Internal count sheets are fine.

You get this if you miss a step in the set up, start again from the begining, as per the book

I agree, follow the setup instructions 100%, do not deviate, do not skip steps, regardless of how trivial they may appear. Failure to do so will result in the issue you are encountering.

You only need to do A4 or A3, not both. Doesn't hurt to do both, just depends on how much time you have to burn.
