    Konica 8050 colour problem

I have konica 8050 with colour problem. This problem start with a blue backgroud on page with text and one photo, restarted the copier no more blue backgroud on print, but all colours are very bad.
I performe "Test pattern density" on 255 and all colours are OK. I'm confused where can be the problem.
I attached one example off how it print.print.pdf

If the machine's interal patterns come out ok, seems like you've got some problem related to the print controller. What happens if you try to print the controller's test pattern (the one with the fish on it)? Post it here, if possible.

You could check the controller's data cable, for starters.

have you tried to calibrate the controller (auto cal if you don't have a spectrometer), also check the gradation levels in the printer gamma adjustment

        7.4.2 Printer gamma adjustment
When the color reproduction is in poor condition,
conduct this adjustment to correct gradation.
        A. Procedure
        (1) Printer gamma offset adjustment
Conduct this adjustment when the color reproduction
varies with copy modes to correct the gradation
in a high light density section and adjust the density
        in the background.
        Note:
        • For the printer gamma offset adjustment,
adjustment methods of 0 to 5 are available for
each screen type. It is possible to divide the
gradation in 256 into 6 parts of 0 to 5 and
adjust the entire ranges from "0: Low density
section" to "5: High density section."
        • In default, adjustment is limited only to "0 (low
density section)." When setting DIPSW 28-4 to
1, adjustment can be made on the entire
        ranges of 0 to 5.
        • Be sure not make the adjustment of "Printer

If internal test prints do not yield results, the only thing that can be an indicator of an issue is the VIF, cable or fiery. Since you replaced the fiery and the problem persists, it may be the cable or the VIF card. Swap the cable around so the connectors are reversed. Check the VIF and ensure it has a good connection internally.

And FYI, on issues like this, best to do halftone tests at half density...120-150 or so...setting at 255 can hide issues like this if it is the mainbody.
