Please KM C350 dust and scratch on drum :(

Hello dear all !!

I have problem with KM C350 there are scratches on the drums specially yellow drum so much ,I clean them well then I run the machine the image is good but after many 2 weeks
The problem appear again on image ,So what the problem dear all please ,by the way there are a lines dust on image transfer roller ,How can I clean it ??

I have measures the tendencies of the machine on scanning plate glass and I find the machine must be higher of the right side about 6 mm
Is that the cause or there is another cause for this problem.
Please help me !!!!!!!
