[Error Code] C2211 on bizhub 250

I have a C2211 error code, we have done everything that Konica suggests:
Replaced IU Motor
Replaced Main Board
Replace Power Supply
Still getting the code - any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
P.S. Computer server that the copier was hooked up to went down, and we have had this error ever since (but we have on surge protector/ethernet protector).

Check / Change the Main Motor (M1)

sometimes the IU can short and cause false codes.

Thank you, I think that we just got to the bottom of it, corrupt HDD, that was pretty much our last straw. Thanks for all the help!
