    C550 error C-C172

    Good Morning.
    i have a BizHub C550. i update the machine to version R6 and after that when the machine start up an error C-C172 appears

      Check the setting of System 2 > Image Controller.

          To clarify... if you have a fiery this should be a 1, if not, it has to be a 0. I have had issues updating to ver R6 and each time it has happened I have to take the MFP back to the initial version and then back to R6. Emujo

              the problem was on image controller settings it was controller 2 i change it to 0 and everything works fine thank you again
